Sana Atcha, FNP-BC (Founder)

Sana Atcha is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and is licensed to practice in the state of IL. Sana brings forth a vast amount of knowledge and compassion for her patients and their families. She has experience working with various age groups and is currently working with geriatric patients within the home setting. She enjoys educating patients as well as assisting them with their medical conditions and treatments.  

Stephen Nightingale, M.D. (Medical Director)

Dr. Stephen Nightingale is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. In over 40 years of practice, his interests have included dialysis and transplantation, tropical medicine, HIV, hepatitis C treatment, drug development, blood safety, public health, and diabetes.  Dr. Nightingale enjoys providing guidance and leadership to the team.  On his free time, he enjoys working on his farm and spending time his family. 

Salic Khan, Vice President of Operations

Salic Khan is in charge of Strategic Planning, Finance, and Operations of the medical practice. Salic oversees and evaluates all activities of the medical practice to ensure optimal operations. He regularly reviews productivity and makes adjustments as needed. Salic has over 15 years of experience in Finance and Marketing working at Merrill Lynch, American Express, and Commonwealth Financial. Salic is currently involved in Artificial Intelligence projects with Infomanteque.  

Sidra Mamsa, M.D.

Dr. Sidra Mamsa received her medical degree in 2020 and brings immense medical knowledge with her. She has experience treating complex pathologies and working with diverse patient populations. As a compassionate advocate and healer, she believes that true healing and rehabilitating requires exemplifying the humanity of Medicine. She is enthusiastic about medical education, health equity, and serving underrepresented communities.

Susan Collman NP

Susan L. Collman FNP-BC, MSN nursing education, has had a career in healthcare that spans 45 years, serving acute and chronically ill patients in underserved areas. During the last 10 years she has been an Advanced practice nurse in a busy internal medicine office serving patients with complicated chronic conditions, such as endocrine issues, heart disease, kidney disease, chronic infections, liver disease, gastrointestinal disorders, skin disorders, and mental health concerns. She delivered care in the nursing homes, in the office, and home visits for those too ill to be seen in the office. Experience includes coordinating care for patients that were being seen by multiple specialists for multiple chronic conditions. She has spent time developing educational programs for nursing homes, CNA programs, and patient education especially for those with Diabetes and Chronic Respiratory conditions.

She is a board certified family nurse practitioner and is licensed in the state of Illinois with full practice authority, or independent practice.

 

Susan enjoys life, including traveling, swimming, cooking, playing multiple instruments, reading, knitting, and loving her grandchildren. She has been married for 35 years, has 5 children and 6 grandchildren.

LaShonda Stockley, Family Nurse Practitioner

LaShonda Stockley is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has provided safe and efficient care in various health care settings to patients of all ages. LaShonda believes it is important to utilize the holistic approach to ensure excellent quality patient care is provided. She feels patient education is necessary to enhance the overall health and wellbeing of the individual.
